Meet Tati Rainer

I’m Tati Rainer, a LinkedIn Expert, Interview Coach, and Your Partner in Transformation.

I didn't plan on becoming a mentor. But after nearly 20 years on LinkedIn and 17 job offers (11 of them in Canada) that came to me without chasing, I realized I had a gift worth sharing.

My story started in accounting. With almost 30 years of corporate experience and currently serving as a Controller, I've built my career on more than numbers. I've built and led teams, trained people to grow beyond their roles, and helped them step into bigger opportunities. That's how you create trust, loyalty, and transformation that lasts. 

But here's what changed everything: I kept seeing talented professionals stuck in toxic jobs, underemployed, or convinced they weren't "enough." I started helping them find clarity and confidence to step into something new—and that's when I discovered my true purpose wasn't just to succeed in my own career, but to empower others to rise in theirs. 

Today, I help professionals and entrepreneurs go From Invisible to Top Choice.
