Meet Tati Rainer

I’m Tati Rainer, a LinkedIn Expert and Interview Coach, dedicated to being Your Partner in Career Transformation.

I never intended to become a mentor, but after nearly 20 years on LinkedIn and receiving 17 job offers (11 of which were in Canada) without actively chasing them, I realized I had a valuable gift to share.

My journey began in accounting. With almost 30 years of corporate experience and currently serving as a Controller, my career extends beyond just numbers. I've built and led teams, trained individuals to exceed their roles, and guided them toward greater opportunities. This is how you foster trust, loyalty, and lasting transformation.

What truly shifted my perspective was witnessing talented professionals stuck in toxic jobs, underemployed, or doubting their worth. I started helping them gain clarity and confidence to pursue new paths—and that’s when I recognized my true purpose: it wasn’t solely about succeeding in my own career, but rather empowering others to elevate theirs.

Today, I assist professionals and entrepreneurs in achieving Career Transformation, guiding them to go From Invisible to Top Choice.
